​Agentic learners are highly motivated and have ownership over their own learning. Frequently they feel empowered to  take meaningful action to contribute positively beyond themselves. For learners to become agentic, it is important that they are included in the learning process by capturing their voice, providing them with visibility of their learning journey and presenting them with options to make real choices about their next steps.
